Notary Attestation
Your eligible document is prepared and processed through the applicable Notary Attestation stage before further authentication.

SDM Attestation
The document is processed through the applicable SDM Attestation stage as part of the MEA Apostille process.

MEA Apostille
After the required preliminary authentication, the eligible Indian document is processed for MEA Apostille for countries that accept Apostilled documents.
Original-document or colour-copy Apostille, where applicable. Translation can be added where required by the destination authority. Which option you need depends on the authority receiving your documents.
02Process / How to Start
Select the required MEA Apostille service and document type. Upload a clear scanned copy for a colour-copy Apostille, or arrange courier/pickup for an original-document Apostille.
We review the submitted document and process the applicable Notary Attestation and SDM Attestation stages before MEA Apostille.
The eligible document proceeds for MEA Apostille. Where the destination authority requires a translation, the applicable certified or sworn translation service can be processed with the document.
After completion, the processed documents are checked and dispatched to your selected address. Domestic and international delivery can be arranged.
03Processing Time / TAT
Processing time refers to the Apostille service process. Delivery is additional and depends on destination and courier service.
Urgent: 2–3 day processing
Optional upgrade for eligible and accepted documents. Translation or sworn translation can be added when the destination authority requires it, and finished documents are prepared for dispatch on completion.
Timeline covers processing only and depends on document eligibility, required authentication stages and timely submission. Courier transit is additional.
04Important Information
Commonly required documents
Birth and marriage certificates, degrees, marksheets, police clearance certificates, divorce decrees, single status documents and eligible legal or commercial documents.
Translation available
A certified or sworn translation can be processed alongside the Apostille service where the receiving authority requires it.
Sending your document
Colour-copy Apostille needs a clear scanned copy. Original-document Apostille needs the original to reach us by courier or pickup within India.
Foreign-issued documents
These cannot be processed directly for Apostille in India. Indian Embassy, High Commission or Consulate attestation may be required first.
