How to place an order for MEA Apostille Online
Step 1: Please choose the Indian State where your document(s) have been issued from, and then choose no. of documents you have for MEA Apostille.
Step 2: Select your Target Country where you want to use them and select the type of document it is.
Step 3: Select other options like pick, drop etc. Upload the scanned copy of the Original Documents along with your Passport copies (also include the very first page as well where there is a seal and signature of the regional passport officer who issued the passport, see specimen here), if you don't have a passport please upload a copy of Aadhaar Card.
Note: If you are uploading a marriage certificate then make sure to upload passport copies of both husband and wife.
Step 4: Add to Cart and Checkout. During checkout, you will be asked to enter your information like name, delivery address etc.
After you checkout, your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email right away and a dedicated Project Manager will be assigned to you through email.
Once legalisation of the document(s) is done, we will email you scanned copies (within 7-10 working days) then will ship them back to your address and will share the tracking details.
