Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes, You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account.
How do I place my order?
Here we have created a complete guide of how you can place your order
1. First of all, go to "Order a translation" (Menu).
2. Then choose the service you want to receive.
3. Select your source/target language.
4. Select the number of pages all the documents contain.
5. Select if it is for Canadian immigration.
6. Attach the file in jpg, jpeg, png, CSV, Pdf, Gif, Ai, Doc, Docx, and Txt format.
6. If a file contains more than 1 page make sure to attach it in PDF format.
7. If there is more than one document, make sure to attach them in separate files of the same PDF.
8. Add to cart your service and checkout.
9. Fill up contact & billing information. Click on continue to payment.
10. Choose any of the payment methods you are eligible for.
11. Now your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email of successfully placing an order.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at email@example.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam, junk, or promotions folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. Still, we allow you to cancel your order within two working hours of ordering by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your order can be cancelled after two hours if our team hasn't assigned the task to our translators. You can contact us through email or whatsApp to know if it is started or not.
Do you courier all kind of translated documents?
The hard copies of the documents delivered only when you need to submit it somewhere otherwise the soft copies are sent through email.
Shipping of your documents
After translation or Apostille, we dispatch the hard copies of your documents through trustable courier companies like DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post, Shree Maruti etc. After we ship we email you the tracking details of the shipment. Thereafter, you will be required to track or contact the courier company for any discussion or if you are not available at your home. Or in case of any delay you can directly contact the courier company, we will not be held responsible for any kind of delay or loss.

No, we offer all kind of transaltion whether it is certified or non-certified.
Should the translation be notarized also?
It's not necessary in many countries but when comes to some countries like Canada, becomes necessary to notarize your translated documents.
How can I send my documents to Certified Translation India?

Do I need to submit original documents to you?
No, you don't need to submit your original documents. A scanned copy, fax or photograph is sufficient.
Do I have to visit your office to collect my translated documents?
No, you don't need to come, you just have to provide shipping address while buying the services online. The hard copy of your translated documents would be sent to your shipping address.
Is there delivery charges of documents, if yes how much?
The Delivery of hard copy is free across the India.
If there is any correction, can it be done after the delivery of the document?
Our professionals go through the documents various times to get if there is any mistake and also the same draft is sent to you before delivering via email so that you can check and we can go ahead to finalize it. If still, there are corrections to be made and you notify us after the delivery or when the hard copy is ready so you have to pay 250 Rs. extra charges of our resources we have put.
There is a name missing in my birth certificate can you mention it?
Sorry, we can't make changes in your documents what we do is translating the original document into another language.
Is there any discount for large volume?
Discount is given based on the document ( No. of words/pages/repetitions, etc.)
What payment methods do you accept?

Where is my refund?
We aim to process refunds within 2-3 business days of a service being cancelled. Your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account.
