01What You Will Receive

Certified Translation on Letterhead
Printed translation on our company letterhead, duly signed and sealed by our authorised signatory.

Source Document Print-outs
Signed and stamped print-outs of the source documents, so it is clear what was translated.

Affidavit / Certificate of Translation
Confirmation that it is a true and accurate translation of the original document, stating:
- Date of translation
- Full name and signature of the translator or authorised company official
- Translation agency’s contact details
Note: For Italian visa and immigration, some specific translators are authorised as sworn translators. If you need a sworn or authorised translation, use the separate Italian sworn translation option instead.
02Process / How to Start
Upload your documents and choose the required services. Pick-up and drop facilities are available within India, and hard copies can be delivered abroad as well.
Complete the checkout. You receive an order confirmation email and a dedicated project manager is assigned to you.
After translation we email a draft for your approval, which is especially useful for confirming the spelling of names and details.
Once you approve by email we print the certified translation, prepare the hard copies, email scanned copies, and dispatch the hard copies by courier.
03Delivery Time / TAT
Timings are for soft or scanned copies and exclude Sundays and public holidays. Once the soft copies are emailed, the hard copies are dispatched the next working day through a courier service.
Express: 24-hour delivery
An optional upgrade for urgent cases when time is critical. Available for documents such as birth certificate, marriage certificate, PCC and degree. For a small add-on fee, soft copies can be delivered within 24 hours.
You receive a draft within 24 hours for review and approval. After your response we make any corrections and print the final copies. If your response is delayed beyond 24 hours from the order time, the 24-hour commitment may not be achievable, though we will still aim to send the soft copies at the earliest.

Certified translations follow international norms and standards, so they are accepted by legal authorities in India and abroad for visa, immigration and other legal purposes.
