Your translation is completed by a translator approved/authorised in India and recognised by the Italian Embassy in India.

Required Translation Format
Provided on plain paper with the translator’s stamp or on the translator’s letterhead.

Email & Courier Delivery
Scanned copies are emailed to you. Hard copies are dispatched by courier to your address.
Before ordering: This service uses a translator approved in India, not in Italy. If you need a sworn translation for use in Italy, contact a local Italian sworn translator in Italy. Confirm suitability with your receiving authority before ordering.
02Process / How to Start
Upload clear scans and select the Italian sworn translation service. Include every side or stamp that needs translation, then complete checkout.
You receive an order confirmation email after checkout. Keep your order details for reference.
We review your documents and contact you if information or clarification is needed before translation is completed.
Scanned copies are emailed after completion, and hard copies are dispatched by courier. Courier transit time is additional.
03Processing & Delivery Time
The stated timeline applies to soft/scanned copies and excludes Sundays and public holidays. Hard copies are dispatched by courier; transit time is additional.
04Important Before You Order
India-specific authorisation
The translator is approved in India and recognised by the Italian Embassy in India; this is not authorisation as a sworn translator in Italy.
Count both sides when required
Apostille stickers or stamps on the reverse count as an additional page if they also need translation into Italian.
Confirm acceptance before ordering
Check your receiving authority’s requirements, particularly when your documents will be submitted in Italy.
